BROMSGROVE under-7s made it two wins out of three on Sunday as they got the better of Stourbridge.

The young Boars went down 25-15 in the first game to their Worcestershire rivals, despite three tries for Charlie Marshall.

However, they bounced back with a narrow 25-20 victory over Stourbridge. James Smalley grabbed four tries, while Finley Evans powered over the touchline for a try.

In the third game Bromsgrove were 30-25 winners, with Reubon Barton (2), Harry Brown (2) and Marshal sharing six tries between them.

Bromsgrove under-15s got the better of a strong Old Sils side on Sunday.

Against a team that had got the better of Moseley and Camp Hill Bromsgrove had to overpower Old Sils 12-5, with Joe Golding grabbing the winner try.

Chaddesley Corbett under-7s were too strong for Worcester over the weekend, winning all three matches.

Freddie Meredith (2), George Smith (2), Ali Westwood and Henry Newbould all touched down in a 30-15 win in game one.

Smith (2), Meredith (2), Westwood and Jack Churchill all scored to make it 30-5 in the second match.

Droitwich under-13s defeated Stratford-upon-Avon to narrowly win 15-10.

Spa's under-14s booked a match against either Old Halesonians or Bournville in the next round of the North Midlands Cup after beating Hereford 12-5.

The under-15s out gunned Old Saltleians 70-0 in the cup.

Harry Baille, Luke Harris (3), Charles Jackson, Calum Kinghorn, Shaun Hooper, Jack Pomroy (3), Tom Stedman and Adam Gwilliam all touched down, while Bobby Scott-Walker converted five tries.

Joe Perkins was Droitwich's man of the match. Droitwich will now meet Kings Norton or Camphill on Sunday, February 5.
