WORCESTERSHIRE artists are getting back to nature with an exhibition inspired by the world around them at Droitwich Library until Saturday, January 28.
The Brian Swingler Art Group is presenting a collection of paintings and drawings, created by mature students, which show the artist's reaction to the natural world.
Areas of local beauty, including Newbourne Woods in Rowney Green, inspire many of the paintings.
Popular artist and lecturer Brian Swingler tutor the group, which is made up of students from NEW College.
Up to 80 pictures, showing interpretations of the artists' view of nature will be on display.
One artist Phil Lawrence said: "All of the students are encouraged to work in a medium, like drawings, they enjoy and go from there.
"It's helped us hone our abilities."
