FILM enthusiasts who have dreamed of acting out their own fight scenes have the chance to learn the basics of a good cinematic punch-up at a one-off workshop at the Artrix on Saturday, January 21.
The Bish-Bash class will instruct wannabe Arnold Schwarzenegers on the basics of stage fighting.
Students of fighting will learn how to slap, punch, kick and hold an opponent in a safe manner.
Instructor Ralph Aldis will also explain acting the fight, positioning and awareness and how to keep a fight safe.
Aldis is a professional fight choreographer for stage and screen and is an instructor with the London Stunt School and qualified fencing coach.
The workshop costs £15 and runs between 11am and 4pm. The minimum age is 15-years-old.
