SIR-regarding your article about bullheads (Worcester News, January 16) I remember many visits to relatives living at an old water mill in a village in Wales called Tregroyd.

I spent many hours there in my youth - 25 years ago - playing in the water mill stream and I remember catching bullheads between two and five inches long.

There were numerous and easy to catch. You only had to lift a stone in the stream to find one or two lying there and they were very obliging by not swimming off.
