RESIDENTS have one week left to voice their views on a proposed residential development in Greenlands.
Redditch Council is giving people until Wednesday, January 25, to have their say on plans for affordable housing on land at the back on 1-11 Auxerre Avenue.
The redevelopment would involve the demolition of the storage sheds on the site and construction of a number of bungalows.
There will be limited alternative storage provision made available in the same area.
In line with the tenancy agreement, notices will also be sent to everyone who rents a garage before they need vacating.
Existing residents will be allocated six new car-parking spaces.
Draft plans are available for public inspection at the town hall planning reception and the One-Stop Shops at Batchley, Woodrow and Winyates on Thursday and Friday.
