ADAM Knight bagged four tries for Hereford as they racked up an astonishing 80-0 victory at Pershore on Saturday.

The wing was in inspired form for his side in the Midlands Three West (South) match at Mill Lane.

Captain and centre Jeremy Grisman ran in a pair of tries as did number eight Matthew Pritchard and full-back Gary Preece.

Wing Des White and centre Ryan Ellis completed the try-scoring while Colin Osbourne was successful with 10 of the 12 conversions.

Pershore's life was made all the more difficult after their blind-side flanker was sent off but Grisman was delighted that his side managed to claim the local bragging rights.

He said: "We're very pleased with the result, especially after playing Keresley last week and beating them by 67 points.

"Pershore haven't lost like that for a long time and it's normally a close match. We actually played good rugby against them and they just didn't compete."
