TWIN boys separated at birth and reunited by a twist of fate is the plot of hit musical Blood Brothers, playing at Malvern Theatres this month.
Willy Russell's award winning show features a memorable score with songs including A Bright New Day, Marilyn Monroe and Tell Me It's Not True.
When young mother Mrs Johnstone is deserted by her husband and left to provide for seven hungry children, she finds work as a housekeeper to make ends meet.
Before long she finds out she is pregnant again, with twins and in a moment of desperation enters a secret pact with her employer, which leads to the show's climatic ending.
Sharon Byatt, who is currently starring in the West End production of Blood Brothers will play Mrs Johnstone.
Writer Willy Russell is known for his hit films Educating Rita and Shirley Valentine.
Blood Brothers will be at the Festival Theatre from Monday to Saturday, January 23 to 28.
