THE total raised by the Wyre Forest group over the last year was £27,291. The sponsored walk in Wyre Forest generated more than £1,000.
Lynne Beckett and Dorothy Worrall sold cards, pictures and craft items to achieve £7,000.
The people of Stourport donated £916 at the Co-op store in November, and customers of the Musketeer raised £148 in a Christmas raffle, plus collecting £217.57 in whisky bottles on the bar.
Steel Wheels employees in Rob Pownall's section, donated £150 in lieu of sending Christmas cards, for the fourth year in succession.
Teddy bears were emptied at the Queen's Head, Wolverley; The Plough, Far Forest; The Bay Horse, Stourport; The Angel Inn, Stourport, P&C Mini Market, Kidderminster; Stagborough Arms, Stourport; and Mamble Craft Centre.
Richard Oakley raised more than £200 by putting on discos.
