A LONG-established family run Kiddermin-ster company has been the subject of a management buyout.
The previous owner of LGM, Tom Little, will remain in the business for the foreseeable future, ensuring a smooth transition.
Richard Markall and Sue Scott have taken over the roles of managing director and finance director, respectively.
With a staff of 20, the company, based on the Coppice Trading Estate, has been supplying and installing flooring, soft furnishing and upholstery in shops, hotels, pubs, clubs, schools and care facilities since 1946.
Customers include national companies such as Next, Decathlon, Gala Bingo, Holiday Inn Express and Worcestershire County Council.
The new owners said they were keen to develop the business while retaining the traditions and values of a family-run concern.
