Prospective students can take a closer look at the University of Worcester at an open evening tomorrow to discover the study opportunities and facilities on offer.
Anyone interested in full or part-time study can apply to start in late January or September. Lecturers and staff will be giving talks, providing exhibitions and information on the hundreds of higher education courses available.
From archaeology, teaching, coaching and computing through to nursing, psychology and social care, a range of undergraduate and postgraduate options are available. Taster modules can also be taken for those unsure about higher education study, to see how a degree can be incorporated around family or work commitments.
"People can meet informally with tutors, get advice on entry requirements and fees, on combining courses, and professional development opportunities," said Professor Judith Elkin, pro vice chancellor at the University of Worcester.
"We have a good mixture of mature and young people studying with us. The open evening is a great chance to see the many full and part-time opportunities on offer."
The University of Worcester St John's campus, off Henwick Grove, will be open to visitors on Thursday, January 12, between 5pm and 7pm.
