TONIGHT sees a beast set loose in Feckenham with a visit from the Oxfordshire Touring Theatre.
The company rolls into town as part of the Shindig Touring Programme to present Beauty and the Beast at Feckenham Village Hall, bringing some big names with it.
Carol Dance, fresh from a stint in the West End, features as the Fairy Godmother, as well as Richard Walker and Sean Hammond, from Coronation Street and Eastenders, as Beauty's father and the Beast.
The show is written by Mike Kenny and directed by the Royal National Theatre's Lawrence Evans with a specially written musical score by Kate Edgar.
The company's motto of Big Theatre in Small Spaces has taken it to smaller venues across the country, and tonight promises to be a fun family night out for all.
Tickets, priced £6 for adults and £3.50 for under 14s, are on sale at the Rose & Crown, High Street, Feckenham and at www.feckenodeon.co.uk/shindig
