BARRY Clements will again lead Evesham Cricket Club after skippering the Avon Street men to promotion from Birmingham League Division Three last summer.
"I am relishing the challenge," Clements declared. "The club is in better shape than I have ever known. It is well organised and there is a terrific team spirit."
Clements will lead Evesham when they embark on the trail of Graham Williamson Trophy glory against Premier Division outfit Wellington on April 22.
The club has also entered the English Cricket Board's National Knockout competition for the Cockspur Cup and will entertain Bromsgrove in the first round on Sunday, April 30.
