MOTORISTS in Worcester should brace themselves for disruptions to their journeys as roadworks continue in the city.
BT continues work outside the Anchor pub in Diglis Road which is expected to be finished by Friday. Temporary lights are in place.
Murphy Pipelines is also carrying out work renewing gas mains in Bath Road for National Grid Gas, which is due to be completed at the end of February.. Temporary lights are also in operation while the work is carried out.
Today Balfour Beatty is also undertaking work in Ronkswood's Ripon Road and Newtown Road on behalf of Central Networks, with stop/go boards and temporary lights in place respectively. The work is expected to be complete by the end of the day.
Halcrow is then due to carry out work on Newtown Road between 6am and 7am on Wednesday, January 11.
Finally, workers from Balfour Beatty will be out in force on Friday for the day, undertaking roadworks on behalf of Central Networks.
