THE Cotswold Hills League will be well represented in the early rounds of next summer's npower National Village Cup.
And two of them could meet in an all-Premier Division third round clash. Should Bretforton overcome Garnons and Overbury win at Offenham then the pair will lock horns on Sunday, May 21.
Ashton are also in the same Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Powys group and their second round match will take them to Cutnall Green on Sunday, May 7.
The winners of that group will face a visit to the winners of the Leicestershire and Warwickshire group on Sunday, July 2 and Exhall and Wixford will be hoping they fulfil that title.
The reigning Cotswold Hills League champions have been handed a second round date at Hunningham where a win will see them entertaining either Long Itchington or Cropston.
Two more Cotswold Hills League sides - Tanworth and Earlswood - have earned mixed fortunes with the latter being exempt until round three and Tanworth having a home second round tie with Billesdon.
Twyning, relegated to Division One last season, face a trip to Rockhampton in a busy Gloucester-shire group that also sees Dumbleton in action on April 24 at Stinchcombe.
Their reward for winning is another away day to either Wickwar or Redmarley, while a win for Twyning will earn a home date with either Frampton-on-Severn or Batsford.
Former Lord's finalists Apperley are also in first round action at Witcombe, while Bredon have two more weeks to prepare for a home clash with Kingsholm.
Next season's final will take place at Lord's on Sunday, September 3.
