AN evening of Christmas celebration takes place on Thursday (December 15), at The Grange, Roberts End, Hanley Swan. It will feature carols and readings. Tickets are £7.50, including wine and seasonal fare, from Carol Hutchings on 01684 310920, Nina Thomas on 01684 310413 or the Village Stores. Proceeds go to St Gabriel's and St Mary's churches.
