EVERY Saturday night my friends and I go up to The Vaults Bar, at Link Top. Around 9.30pm we walk in and are greeted by a smile and a joke from Ben the barman.

It's a cosy bar with a holiday-like atmosphere. You can have a dance, normally the whole bar is dancing, it's great. We started going up there last Christmas, we like the music, the people who go in, but the main reason we like it is because we feel safe. To us that's the most important thing.

My friend called me today and told me she had heard The Vaults was going to be shut down.

Like me, she doesn't want to have to start going back into Worcester so if there is any way someone can help keep it open, please do.
