HOW could anyone ignore a band that hails from Stourbridge and claims to sound like, look like and drink like The Faces?
Top tribute The Facez are set to rock their hometown on Saturday December 10 with a gig at the Rock Caf 2000, Mill Race Lane.
Covering classics like Maggie May, You Wear It Well and Stay With Me, the five piece band is made up of seasoned musicians with a CV that includes Robert Plant, Shy, Debbie Bonham and Budgie.
Legendary
The Faces were led by Rod Stewart and Ron Wood, before his days with The Rolling Stones, and had a sound all of their own.
Highly regarded among hardcore Faces fans, The Facez tour the UK paying their respects to the legendary act and the carry their good-time ethic with them.
Singer Jonny Overton said: "We are just having a party, every gig is a bash and the difference with this party is that it just keeps getting bigger."
