AN Evesham primary school is the sixth best in Worcestershire, according to the latest figures released by education chiefs.
The latest tables are based on pupils' performances in Key Stage Two tests taken at the age of 11.
All 19 pupils at St Mary's RC primary school in Rynal Street achieved top marks, level four, in the core subjects of English, maths and science.
Students gained a 100 per cent pass rate in English, 95 per cent in maths and 100 per cent in science.
Headteacher Frances Abela said: "We're delighted with the result but this was achieved through the hard work of staff, children and parents."
Bredon Hill Middle school, Evesham, was ranked 34 with pupils achieving 88 per cent in English, 84 per cent in maths and 92 per cent in science.
Headteacher at Blackminster Middle School Terry Holland was thrilled with the scores achieved by pupils. The school was ranked 53 in the county and pupils gained 87 per cent in English and 74 per cent in maths and 89 per cent in science.
Simon de Montfort Middle School, Evesham, was ranked 79 in the tables.
Headteacher Philip Rogers said: "We're trying to improve our standards at the school and are taking on board all the advice and support in achieving a higher score next year."
St Nicholas' Middle School, Pinvin, achieved high scores in its tests and was ranked 61.
St Barnabas First and Middle School in Pershore came in 67th place.
Pupils from the Holy Redeemer Catholic Primary School in Evesham was not featured in the league table because they had less than ten pupils aged 11 but said it was pleased with its results.
