THE Operation Covert shopping list is aimed at businesses or individuals who would prefer to focus on specific items for the new Rhydd Covert activity centre rather than donate money.
There are £17,000 of fixtures and fittings on the list, ranging from a hot water cylinder and paint, to floor coverings and kitchen equipment.
Donations for the list will reduce the capital cost of the £142,000 project to rebuild the centre torched by vandals just over a year ago.
Already a Stourbridge double-glazing firm has pledged to supply and fit all the windows and interest has also been shown in other items.
If you or your company can help us with our shopping list, please call Shuttle/Times and News editor, Clive Joyce, on 01562 633348.
