FISSC 4, Chipping Campden Ladies 2
THE hosts from Stratford started strongly and netted within the first few minutes.
Campden had lots of shots but an equaliser wasn't forthcoming and, despite Fi Jordan showing some excellent work in defence, the visitors conceded a second goal.
Campden, sponsored by Pyments, started the second half in determined mood and Hayley Whitehouse's solo run and a superb reverse stick strike halved the arrears.
The home side then added a third goal only for Campden to again strike back with Whitehouse passing to Shirley Aubrey who produced a precision strike.
FISSC netted for a fourth time and Campden were unlucky not to score again after some lovely positioning and strikes from Amy Coldicott, Lucy Dee and Katy Roby.
