PRINCE Henry's progressed to the last 64 of the English Schools Football Ass-ociation's Under-18 National Schools' Trophy after an emphatic 8-4 defeat of Kinghurst City Technology College.
The Evesham boys produced a superb performance against the highly rated Birm-ingham-based opponents with Scott Williams spearheading the rut with four goals.
Pete Steadman added two more with Antonio Vernaschi and an own goal ensuring comfortable progress.
It was an excellent team effort with skipper Dan Cotterill taking a lot of credit for marshalling the defence.
Prince Henry's now face Chase High School from Malvern with the winners facing an away trip to either John Port School in Derby or Shrewsbury School.
Adding to their national success, the boys remain unbeaten this season and have progressed through to the latter stages of the County and District Cups.
