Birmingham Exiles 17, Evesham U-11 22pts
A MUCH improved performance from their last outing saw Evesham take the game to Exiles from the kick-off.
They dominated the first quarter and were rewarded with a try from Harry Charmley after good play from the forwards.
The hosts responded and marched straight through the Evesham defence to score for a 7-5 lead.
The visitors continued to challenge in all areas of the pitch with Marcus Bailey putting in a fine weaving run to score and make it 12-7 at the break.
Exiles quickly bounced back after the restart to level the match but Evesham crossed twice more courtesy of good teamwork from Chris Bond and Simon Evans.
The hosts managed one last score but time ran out leaving Evesham worthy winners and Douglas Lance picking up the player of the match vote.
