PARKING, speeding, road signage and litter will be tackled in Redditch's Smallwood and Southcrest areas over the next month.
The action follows the second Partners and Communities Together (PACT) meeting for Central Ward residents on Monday.
Central Ward beat manager, Pc Becky Handy said: "We informed residents that following the last PACT meeting we had carried out high profile targeted patrols and conducted stop searches in the area where they were concerned about anti social behaviour.
"As a result there have since been no anti social behaviour reports in those areas.
We also had a substantial drugs arrest and a warrant was executed."
She said during patrols three untaxed vehicles were discovered as well as 10 vulnerable vehicles which were left insecure or with items on display, the owners have been sent letters with crime prevention advice.
Also during the month a mini audit was carried out in Smallwood by Redditch Council that prompted a drain clean and road sweep. A number of other issues such as graffiti are set to be tackled.
This month attention will be paid to parking and speeding along Ipsley Street and litter in hedges along Orchard Street.
