ROY Rencher celebrated his first win as Stourport Swifts boss as they crucially triumphed 3-1 at fellow strugglers Thame United.
Swifts are now three points clear of Thame at the foot of Southern League Division One West.
Chris Hughes put the visitors ahead on six minutes but Craig Caldwell-Smith equalised nine minutes before half-time.
However, Stourport regained control and forward Rory May was the hero with a well-taken first on 59 minutes and a header on 75 minutes.
Bromsgrove Rovers won 2-1 at lowly Beaconsfield with goals from Ben Porter on 38 minutes and Kevin Banner just before the hour mark.
