A primary school in Droitwich has raised £2,000 from its annual Christmas fair towards its new computer suite.
St Joseph's Roman Catholic Primary School, Ombersley Way, held the fair on Saturday, when it offered a fun-packed afternoon to parents, pupils, friends and visitors.
Delighted headteacher Kathryn Hill said: "It was organised by the parent-teacher association and we had an extremely good turn out. Many of our families and friends came along to support us."
The attractions included face-painting, Christmas decoration making, a craft stall, tombola stalls, Santa's grotto, a raffle and refreshments.
"The queue to see Father Christmas was enormous. There was great excitement," said Mrs Hill.
The school hopes the new computer suite will take shape in the summer.
