LIKE myself I would imagine there were many fans listening to local radio waiting for reaction to come out of the Harriers camp after another dismal defeat.
But sadly, according to the local radio, Stuart Watkiss brushed past him, with chairman Barry Norgrove, looking very flustered, following behind, and not a comment was passed.
To put it mildly, the chairman and board are out of their depth.
Why invest in the club and trim everything down to the bone?
When they took over we were all under the impression that being local they had come in to move the club on, and to regain our Football League place.
All we keep hearing is that further cuts need to be made and that we are losing £5,000 per week because crowds are not up to those budgeted for. What do they expect when the football served up has been chronic?
Whether the Farnborough consortium were genuine or not we surely could not be in any worse position than we are now.
We did not expect any major investment in the team, but we did expect a budget that would give any manager a fighting chance.
I am reluctant to have a go at Watkiss because I don't think any manager could operate under the present conditions.
That is not to say that his tactics and style of football don't leave a lot to be desired at times.
With so many questions to be asked on the running of the club, can we possibly have a fans' forum in the near future?
