Stratford Town u12s 3

Redditch United Girls u12s 7

FOUR goals from Sarah Badger helped steer Redditch to a fine win at Stratford.

Isabelle Mason (two) and Kerry Badger also found the net as the Reds advanced into the next round of the cup.

All in all it was a good team performance against an organised Town side.

Redditch United Girls u13s 0

Darlaston Town u14s 13

THIS was another disappointing performance from the team.

Overall Darlaston were technically and skillfully better but Redditch made things easier for the visitors through standing off and allowing them too much time.

The second half was an improvement for the Reds and generally a more evenly contested affair with the last five minutes of the game producing Redditch's best spell of the game.

Player of the Match - Christy Thomas.

Solihull Borough u10s 5

Redditch United Girls u10s 1

Redditch were unlucky not to get anything from this game as they dominated for long periods but were unable to add to a solitary Michaela Simmonds goal.

Both teams came away thinking the result should have been the other way.

Player of the Match - Michaela Simmonds.

Marston Green u12s 17

Playing against stronger opposition Redditch took the opportunity to try some new ideas.

And the scoreline doesn't tell the full story as Redditch had a good game and learnt plenty.

Charlotte O'Brien scored the opening Redditch goal closely followed by the best goal of the game from Haley Jones.

Player of the Match - Beth Coulson.
