CARL Hacklett made a fine debut despite Bromsgrove Colt's 35-18 defeat to Sutton Coldfield on Saturday.
Hacklett, in his first game since stepping up from the under-17s, scored two tries and produced a lively performance. Russell Ingram scored Bromsgrove's third try.
Bromsgrove fielded young side after Tom Hinks and Simon McAlpine were called up from younger sides.
The Boars were torn apart by Sutton fly-half Curry, who scored two tries. The Colts play Derby at Finstall Park on Saturday, December 3.
