SHOULD wooden products 'turn' you on then the annual Christmas woodturning exhibition and sale promoted by the Worcestershire Woodturners is an event not to be missed.
This amateur group, which meets twice a month in Droitwich, is staging the event - Wonders in Wood - at the town's Heritage Centre from this Saturday through to Thursday, December 22.
Not only will members be selling their products they will once more be raising funds for its chosen charity, the County Air Ambulance, with a percentage of the sales. Last year they raised £575 for the charity.
This year's exhibition and sale is the 13th to be held and opening times at the Heritage Centre, which is at St Richard's House, Victoria Square, are from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Entry to the event is free.
