SIR - How Worcester City Council can claim that the new wheelie bins are a success is beyond me. I now have to take two bin bags of rubbish a week myself to the tip in the car as my black bin and recycling bin are both full in just one week.
We're paying more in council taxes and receiving a poorer service. It's not very hygienic for me to carry two bags of household waste to the tip in my car but never mind, the dustbin men will do less work and save their backs. It's just us poor householders who will suffer instead.
Like my new bins, the service stinks!
