NUISANCE youths smashed a window at Studley Library for the second time in a matter of weeks.

Village police are appealing for information after vandals targeted the High Street building once again overnight on Tuesday, November 22.

Sector Inspector Emma Walton said a group of youths were seen hanging around near the library at about 6.30pm.

She is appealing for anyone who may know who these youths are to get in touch.

The library had another of its windows smashed on October 31.

Sector Insp Walton said: "The High Street has become a bit of a hotspot for nuisance youths at the moment.

"There are nuisance youths everywhere but they seem to cause a lot more damage in Studley than anywhere else."

Vandals also cut through razor wire and knocked down a wall at Studley Health Centre in High Street overnight on Tuesday, November 15.

"We have no witnesses to this incident at the moment," she added.

Anyone with information about any of these incidents can call Alcester police station on 01789 415000.
