TABLES, lamps and mirrors are among items being auctioned to raise money for Kemp Hospice.
The Furniture Room and Rowe Carpets will be holding a furniture and interior accessories auction on Sunday at Units 1 and 4 Acorn Enterprise Centre of the Hoo Farm Industrial Estate, Kidderminster.
Fifty per cent of the funds raised will be donated to the charity, which aims to enable people with life threatening illness to be cared for at home.
Dave Watts, general manager at The Furniture Room said: "We're delighted to be involved in helping such a worthwhile charity as Kemp Hospice.
"We have always tried to actively participate in the local community and raising money and the profile of Kemp Hospice can only be a good thing."
Patricia Head, head of marketing and fund-raising at Kemp Hospice said: "We are delighted and very grateful to The Furniture Room for agreeing to donate 50 per cent of the proceeds from this event to Kemp.
"Gaining the very valued support of local businesses in this way is essential to meeting our fund-raising targets so that we can continue to offer our services to the community."
Doors open at 11am and the auction will start at noon.
