SIR - Our city and its housing estates are a disgrace. It makes one want to leave with all the rubbish around.
For an example, what I came across from a takeaway - chips, curry, vomit, spitting, clothing and used condoms. Those who drop litter should be prosecuted and a notice put up to that effect.
