WYRE Forest dug deep and helped raise thousands of pounds for this year's BBC Children in Need appeal.
Even Babe the pony took a day off from her day job - where she helps youngsters learn to ride at Lea Castle Equestrian Centre - to lend a hoof.
Her owners, Liz Aston and Alf Newby, joined Babe last Friday and rattled their buckets to the tune of £150.
