DROITWICH remain anchored to the bottom of the Midland Combination Division Two table after their trip to Warwick Town on Saturday was abandoned after 25 minutes due to fog.
Although the two sides were only able to play 25 minutes, Spa will be the more disappointed of the two sides that the game was called off because they were leading when the decision was made.
Manager Tom Goss had (probably) seen his side take a 1-0 lead through Aaron Parr before the referee decided it was too foggy to continue.
Goss has now turned his attention to Saturday's trip to fourth-placed Cadbury Athletic Reserves.
