Evesham 7pts, Malvern 28
THERE was a good turnout despite the frosty and foggy conditions on Sunday when Malv-ern's second half display earned them victory.
They scored earlier in the game but excellent Evesham tackling and solid running with the ball from Jordan Nobes and Thomas Mansfield prevented the hosts falling further behind.
A break out from the Evesham try line by Jack Coburn saw him run the full length of the pitch and level the scores just before half-time.
However, Malvern gained an upper hand after the restart when they ran in three more tries despite the best efforts of the Evesham forwards who won good ball for the backs, while scrum-half Stuart Rock helped create several good phases of play.
