SIR - George Cowley wrote in his views of women from the point of him being celibate.

My view is that women are like a garden of flowers all beautiful in their own way.

If you have flowers you look after them, weed them, feed them and dead- head them to keep them looking good. That is what a woman does, the dead heading is like applying makeup or having her hair done. Imagine what a dull world it would be if they all dressed as nuns.
