COMMUNITY groups in Fairfield are joining forces in an attempt to make this year's Christmas fair the best ever.
Fairfield First School, toddlers and church groups have come together to organise Fairfield Village Christmas Fair, which will be held this Saturday at the village hall in Stourbridge Road.
Michelle Doidge, of Fairfield First School's PTA, said: "In previous years the groups have had their own separate Christmas fairs. This year we wanted to create a good community spirit.
"It is nicer to work together to produce something bigger and better, rather than competing with each other."
The fair runs from 10am to 12pm and entry is 50p for adults and free for children.
