RIKKI the recycling Rat won his own Blue Peter badge by lending Pudsey Bear a helping paw and appearing on the children's television programme on Wednesday.
Redditch Council's recycling mascot appeared alongside 13 other giant furry friends to hold a tug of war contest with Pudsey, the Children in Need bear.
