GLITZ and glamour will be coming to Worcester as Radio One DJ JK pulls out all the stops with Loaded magazine models to get the party started at a city nightspot.

The event - at Bamboo Nightclub in Tybridge Street tonight - is being organised by DJ and promotions organisation Dynamics DJ and is part of Loaded Magazine's Centrefold's tour.

Tenbury Wells-based DJ JK - aka Jason King - of Radio One fame will be behind the decks for the evening spinning a mix of funky house and old school tunes.

JK scooped two Sony Awards in 2004 together with his Radio One sidekick Joel Ross for Breakfast Show of the Year and Entertainment Show.

Also appearing at the city venue will be a whole host of girls who have appeared in Loaded magazine - including Kayleigh Pearson - who will be signing autographs and inviting audience members on stage to play party games.

Revellers will also get the chance to have a go at reading autocues for a music programme and a trio of DJs from Dynamics DJ - Joey Reynolds, Ian Passey and Lee Vernalls - will also be playing a mix of commercial dance tunes during the evening.

Organisers are hoping to attract more than 1,000 people to the event, which it is hoped could become a regular fixture at the venue.

Four coach-loads of revellers from Tenbury Wells and coachloads from Ludlow and Redditch are already booked to attend the evening, which runs from 9pm to 2am.

Club manager Steve Cass said: "I think people will have a great time and it'll attract a lot of people.

"It's just something different for the people of Worcester as I know a lot of people travel to Birmingham from here for a night out so it gives them another option."
