THE long arm of the law has pointed BBC Hereford and Worcester's Dave Bradley in the right direction as he walks for Children In Need.
The popular broadcaster and Worcester News columnist is taking part in several days of walks across the two counties to raise as much money as possible for the annual charity day, which takes place tomorrow.
Paul West, the chief constable of West Mercia Constabulary, joined Dave by Junction 7 of the M5 and they set off to BBC Hereford and Worcester's studio in Hylton Road.
Other well-known local figures taking part during the week include BBC Bargain Hunt auctioneer Phillip Serrell, Worcester rugby club's owner Cecil Duckworth, and Worcestershire MPs Mike Foster and Peter Luff.
