A JUDGE issued a warrant for the arrest of a burglar after he failed to appear at Worcester Crown Court to be sentenced.
Nicholas Walker, 24, of Worcester Road, Kidderminster, is accused of breaching a drug treatment and testing order imposed for burglary offences.
His barrister, Michael Aspinall, said Walker had told his solicitor that he was going to a doctor's appointment.
Judge Michael Mott, issuing a warrant not backed with bail, said Walker had a history of not turning up at court.
