Wolverley Village Putting Green is a day-ticket stretch of the River Stour at Wolverley, Kidderminster.
Chub, roach, perch and gudgeon, can be caught simply trotting a stickfloat with bronze or red maggots as bait.
This short, 3ft to 6ft deep, stretch of the Stour, runs around the putting green at Wolverley Village, alongside the Staffs/Worcs canal and produces excellent mixed catches of chub and perch to 2lb, along with dace, roach, gudgeon and eels.
