A mother and daughter are among the many volunteers who will take part in Evesham's first Christmas fun run to raise money for Leukaemia Care.
Serious and fun runners will gather for the run on Sunday, December 4 to help raise money for people suffering from Leukaemia.
For a third year in a row, the run is being held in association with Worcester City Football club and this year, for the first time, it is being held with Evesham High School.
The route takes place around Evesham high school grounds, starting at 11am. James Cox from Evesham High School is masterminding the run in Evesham this year and said: "It's been fantastic. We've got loads of students at the school taking part - it will be phenomenal sight on the day as a stream of scarlet santas take part in the run!"
Mum and daughter Heather Bent and Nichola Boff, who own Loveheart in the Riverside Shopping Centre, Evesham are getting ready for the Fun Run.
"We're really looking forward to it. It's a great idea to have our own run in Evesham and it's for a wonderful cause," said Heather.
