THE 85th birthday of the group was held in Chaddesley Corbett village hall on November 2.
A New Year's party will be held in the village hall on Saturday, January 28. Menus are available for members to make their choices.
There will be no lunch club in December.
Vice-president Rosabelle Needham reported on the London trip.
Peggy Scott is organising a trip to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on July 18.
The evening continued with games, a quiz, and poetry readings, and ended as Christine Kendrick, Jo Powick and Carol Hislop entertained with a WI skit.
The next meeting, at Chaddesley Corbett village hall, will be on Wednesday, December 7 at 7.30pm.
