JULIE Pearce was the October 31 demonstrator, accompanying her arrangements with stories of her love of sport.
The first arrangement was dedicated to Riding for the Disabled, then she depicted tennis, sky diving, potholing and rock climbing.
On Monday, November 28, Beryl Griffiths will present a "Christmas Extravaganza", and the members' competition will be "Christmas".
Artificial flowers and glitter can be used in these arrangements. There will also be a "plant of the month" competition.
Visitors will be welcome at the meeting, at the Social Day Centre, New Street, Stourport, at 7.30pm.
There is no meeting in December. The annual meeting is on Monday, January 30, when an auction will be held to raise cash to purchase flowers for a festival at Westley Methodist Church on July 22/23 to celebrate the club's 50th anniversary, and for refurbishment of the church.
