ALTHOUGH the Lye High Street fund-raising charity shop has had a most successful second year, the branch may be forced to reduce its opening hours due to a lack of volunteers.
Rob Hall, public relations officer said that at the moment there is a small group of people working extremely hard five days a week, and more people are needed to help.
Cats Protection is run entirely by volunteers, and all the money needed to look after cats and kittens in its care has to be raised by the community.
Anyone willing to help out, or has items to donate to the shop, is asked to telephone the Lye branch on 01384 422208.
