BONFIRE CELEBRATIONS: Residents and visitors as far away as Worcester and Hereford attended the local bonfire 400th celebrations. Fifteen minutes of non-stop fireworks, some of which were sponsored by local companies, enthralled a crowd of more than 1,500. Local schoolboys George and Edward Watkins of Lower Moor lit the bonfire. Organisers Jasmin Bishop and Olivia Smith of Hill and Moor Events said. "We were overwhelmed at the support from surrounding villages - everyone enjoyed the evening." Jazz Band Dutch Lewis from Pershore, provided the music.
