HUNTINGDON Hall is gearing up to welcome the biggest musical legend ever to grace the Worcester city centre stage.
Blues legend Van Morrison has confirmed he is to play two shows at the intimate 350-seater venue on Sunday, December 11, in an unusual departure from his usual thousand-seater venues.
Speaking about this coup Huntingdon Arts director, Chris Jaeger, commented: "We're absolutely thrilled to have Van Morrison playing here. Where else in the country could you experience an evening with Van in such a unique and intimate surrounding?"
TO phenomenal public demand Il Divo will now perform at the NEC Arena for two nights. The biggest debut act in the world this year will now perform at the Birmingham venue on Sunday, April 2, and new date, Friday, April 14.
KELLY Clarkson has confirmed a UK tour to take place in February 2006. The tour includes a date at the NEC Arena, Birmingham, on Monday, February 27. This has been a phenomenal year for Kelly, who has sold three million copies of her second album Breakaway in the USA. Kelly launched the record in the UK to amazing results with U Been Gone became the unexpected hit of the summer.
