DROITWICH'S Ashes hero Ashley Giles tasted his first tour defeat this winter, as England slipped to a six-wicket loss to Pakistan's A side on Tuesday morning in Lahore.
Giles was effective with the bat and ball.
He hit 21 in the first innings, as England made 136 all out. He then took three wickets, as Pakistan was kept to 138 all out.
The Warwickshire spinner hit 49 in the second innings as England were dismissed for 256, before the hosts made 246-4.
